Additional information for California residents

The California Privacy Rights Act of 2020, as amended (the “CPRA”), imposes certain obligations on businesses and allows a resident to make certain requests to a business regarding the personal information that the business maintains. However, the CPRA does not apply to all businesses, nor does it apply to personal information maintained by financial services firms that are covered under certain exemptions described in the CPRA. For example, the CPRA does not apply to certain personal information collected by a financial services firm, such as DBS, pursuant to the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. As a result, the personal information we collect about our customers is not covered by the CPRA.
